What fees do I have to pay?

You only pay for the services you actually use. This includes:

Shipping label fees (carrier rates),
Packaging/Boxing fees (if applicable),
Labeling service fees.

How are payments processed?

Payments are automatically deducted from your ShippingLot Wallet. You simply need to top up your wallet balance. When you process an order or print a label, the cost is instantly withdrawn from your balance.

Do you support both FBA and FBM?

Yes! Whether you are doing Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) or need prep services for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), our platform supports both workflows seamlessly.
